Yale XTC Fire Climbing Rope
Yale XTC Fire is the brightest version of Yale's most popular climbing line. This multicolored rope was designed specifically for the demanding needs of the professional arborist. This rope is available with a tight eye splice.
Customer Review Video - Rob Cochran
XTC product line family is an all polyester construction with a firm 16 strand braided cover over bundled parallel polyester core strands. The design of XTC does not allow cover milking and eliminates the need for break-in cover adjustment. This firmly flexible heat-resistant rope offers a high snag resistance and excellent mating with friction knots and prusik loops. A high twist core of torque balanced polyester keeps the construction firm and round, providing an extra measure of safety.

This is great all around rope. I love the visibilty of it.
I used it with blakes, then progressed to the hitch climber with OP and VT, then used it for a while with beeline and the HH2. It worked great for all of those before I retired it as a climbing line.
It then served some time as a speedline and a rigging line. Now it is showing its wear but occasionally gets called into service as a tag line.
I definitely got a great amount of use out of the XTC.

After using xtc fire for a full season now I couldn't be happier with it's performance. I climb on a drt hitch climber setup and it works well with a variety of hitch cords. Another top notch product sold through tree stuff 👍

Dude I love this rope. I have used it for three years or so. I dinged it with my saw recently "oh $h!t" so I decided to get the sterling work pro 200' 11mm. Not stoked on it. Wish I would have went with the Yale again. :( I really like how it worked with my srt setup. The Singing Tree rope wrench really works to take the load of my prusik on decent. Thumbs up on the Yale xtc fire. Thanks

Purchased this rope and man do i love it. Not alot of stretch to it. Im a big guy 6ft 250lbs so i like feeling secure. This rope is sturdy for me with very little stretch/bounce. Its Surprisingly light as well. So far i love everything about this rope. I climb with a vt prusik and a twnding pully and this rope seems to be perfectly suited for my setup. Also got to apply a coupon for Yale Cordage that treestuff sent me so i got this rope at a great value! Thanks guys!
