Greenteeth® reduce the time and money spent on every stump. Each tooth has three cutting edges, and you can easily switch to a fresh edge with simple tools, without removing the pocket. High-quality carbide gives these teeth superior wear resistance. Appropriate for most standard stump grinding machines above 85hp.
Details
Red teeth have a deeper concave making the edge less blunt, therefore better for sandy conditions or soft woods. The green version has a shallower concave, increasing the durability as compared to the red. The materials and price are the same. We recommend the Wearsharp® tooth for all applications.
Use with 1100 series pockets only, available in threaded straight, threaded angle, threaded reverse, counterbore straight, counterbore angle, and counterbore reverse.
Teeth should be rotated or changed when they start to dull, which decreases their performance. With the red and green Greenteeth, this will usually occur when they round off about 1/16” on the edge.
