Abacide 2® is Mauget’s concentrated Abamectin insecticide which displays faster uptake and mobility in Conifers and other trees. Abacide 2® provides long residual for controlling clearwinged moth borer and plant bugs, Elf leaf Beetle, Spongy moth larvae, spring and fall webworm, bagworm, leaf miners, spider mite. Abacide 2® is also one of the very few products registered for many dangerous Conifer (Pine) bark beetles. Abacide 2® is available in capsules or 1-liter bottles.

USAGE: Abacide 2 is a concentrated abamectin insecticide for use on forest, woodland, Christmas and ornamental trees. Abacide 2 can be applied in commercial or residential landscapes, interior and exterior plantscapes, and other areas including near swimming pools, water ways, schools and busy streets. Spring or summer applications are recommended, and can be made prior to pest appearance or after they are observed. A single application typically lasts one growing season, but severe pest pressure may require two applications in a year.
