Reviews for Rope Logic TriTech Eye & Eye FlipLine

4.9 out of 5 star average customer rating based on 7 reviews

Impressively sturdy - 01/02/2016
Reviewer: Matt Crain

This lanyards pretty rugged. It's exterior sheath is seriously abrasion resistant, and the cordage feels exceptionally sturdy. It flips nicely, I use it primarily as a second lanyard for removals.

Pros: Sturdy, easy to flip

Cons: if you're used to climbing on your lanyard, its not the friendlinest for that.

Wolverine would climb with this - 01/01/2016

You pretty much have to wack it directly with a silky in order to damage it by handsaw.

Lanyard cord of choice - 12/30/2015
Reviewer: Paul Cokosky

While this cord may be pricey it really is worth it. If you've ever followed through a large limb with a handsaw and ever so lightly nicked your lanyard, which then quickly began to deteriorate, you'll be able to appreciate the durability of this cord. This cord is a little stiffer than most of the previous rope lanyards I have used which is nice for flipping. I run a 20' with a pinto, i2i, and prusic

Tough as nails - 04/06/2015

It won't stand up to a chainsaw (nothing will), but it will take a few handsaw nicks and laugh in the face of rough bark.

Love it - 04/05/2015

This stuff is amazing, best lanyard I have used so far. Abrasion resistant is an understatement. Cant wait to see how long it lasts.

This is the rope Lanyard you want - 04/03/2015
Reviewer: Sam Desmet

This rope is all but immune to abrasion. Hanging next to the climbing saw has not damaged the cover, and even minor incidental contact with my Sliky hasn't led to any nics or cut strands. I hardly use my wire core anymore. These Lanyards are light enough to take advantage of the offset connection on the RockGrab lanyard adjusters. A great combination.

very durable - 06/26/2014

The tri tech line is VERY abrasion resistant. never have I had a lanyard that has stood up to my chainsaw dangling next to it throughout climbs as well as this one. I have not run a hand saw in to it to test its cut resistance but I have seen the testing on you tube and it is impressive
