Description
The Petzl Tibloc is an ultra-light emergency ascender. This compact ascender can be used as a Prusik-replacement in self-rescue situations or as a progress-capture device in hauling systems. The stainless steel cam with angled teeth and self-cleaning slot securely grips the rope, even in muddy or icy conditions. A small hole at top allows a keeper cord to be attached. The Petzl Tibloc Rope Ascender is engineered with a lightweight, simple design that can be carried permanently on a backpack or harness making it the ideal piece of gear for rope ascents or dangerous situations.
