Reviews for Weaver T-Shaped Climber Pads with Felt Liner

3.3 out of 5 star average customer rating based on 6 reviews

Torture - 11/30/2016
Reviewer: Caleb Lawry

These were the first pair of pads I learned on. They were so uncomfortable that I forgot about my fear of heights. The shank of the spur would often rub skin and hair off my leg even to the point of bleeding after a long climb. If you tighten the straps down to keep the shank from rubbing the insides of your legs then the blood stops flowing to your feet.

I bout Cadillac pads and solved the problem.

Me lastiman - 01/14/2016

Mi jefe me las compro pero no son para nada cómodas y me lastiman y no las puedo usar

better than L pads - 06/03/2015
Reviewer: earl jemkins

these aren't the most comfortable pads by a long shot, but they get the job done used them for a long time, not bad for short duration remavals.

but after 30 min. or so your legs is going to feel raw. I give them a 3 because they are better than L pads and get the job done

Replacing Originals - 04/10/2015
Reviewer: Mark Morgy

Replacing original pads on spurs. I found for the price that these pads are very nicely made. They are well padded and comfortable. I hope they stand up as long as the originals!

Felt good so far - 06/19/2014
Reviewer: Trebuchet
I was gifted a servicable pair of Klein climbers. Pads, all straps and split rings were beat and had to go. So, I bought these pads, upper straps, and lower straps with split rings. All Weaver products and easy to find on TreeStuff.com. Great, thoughtful web site. I'm an amateur tree worker, caring for my own woodlot. With the climbers reconditioned, and equipped with fresh Weaver products, I climbed predictably and securely on a now dead, but fondly remembered Northern Red Oak.

Minor upgrade - 01/02/2014

An upgrade from the "L" pads but there are still better options, if your not on spurs for long periods of time and your on a budget I'd go with these.
