Will my order qualify for free shipping?

If your purchase totals $100 or greater and you live in the continental United States, your order will qualify for free shipping. The only exceptions are orders containing heavy or oversized items, such as bulk fertilizer, cabling and bracing supplies, liquid chemicals, and pruning poles. Oversized and heavy items are marked with a picture of an elephant.
 
The free shipping offer does not apply to addresses outside of the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign addresses). Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii pay our negotiated shipping rates (fast and cheap). If you have any questions about this promotion or what products qualify, please let us know.

How do I return an item?

Returns are easy. We will accept returns on an unused item within 90 days of purchase. Using any shipping method you prefer, please send the unused item back to the address below:

Returns may take up to 10 business days to process once received.

The follow items may not be returned without authorization: Items over 90 days old, rope or cable sold by the foot, close-out items, custom spliced items, special orders

Important Safety Note: For your safety we cannot accept returns on used climbing equipment. We carefully inspect returned products. Items that feature wear may be returned to you or subject to a partial refund.

Shipping & Returns

How long will shipping take and what will it cost?

We move very fast around here. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day they are received. As you can see from this map, our average shipping time is two business days or less in the continental United States. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check on the status of your shipment.

Live on the West Coast or the Central US? Two business days average FREE over $100 - We call it Warp Speed.

Click on 'Get a Shipping Estimate' on the shopping cart page to find out about how much your shipping costs will be.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We frequently ship to Europe, Australia and elsewhere. We ship international with UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service. To calculate your shipping charges please add the items you want to your shopping cart and click on the Get A Shipping Estimate link located on the Shopping Cart page.

We cannot ship plant health care chemicals outside of the United States and Canada. Other country shipping restrictions may apply.

Standard: The United States Postal Service is your less expensive option. Packages shipped Priority Mail arrive in 10 to 21 business days. Exact time will vary based on location and many other factors.

Expedited: This express option from Fedex or UPS is more expensive and faster. Packages arrive in 3 to 10 business days.

Express: This express option from Fedex or UPS is more expensive and faster. Packages arrive in 1 to 7 business days.

Shipping rates include handling and the cost of insurance. We will refund or replace your items if your package does not arrive or is damaged. Any customs or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you are ordering an item marked heavy or oversized, you will need to call or email us for an exact quote and further instructions about how to place an order.

What kind of service do you offer to Alaska and Hawaii?

We are proud to offer timely service to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii. We keep your shipping costs down by offering an array of different shipping options. You can choose from Postal, Fedex or UPS.

What kind of service do you offer to Canada?

We are proud to offer timely service to our Canadian customers. We ship to Canada primarily through UPS and also the US Postal System.

UPS allows us to charge all import fees to you ahead of time..... so there are no hidden charges, customs, or surprise brokerage fees.

BUT if you prefer we can ship via the US Postal Service (applicable brokerage, duties and customs will be charged upon delivery). For Postal please select the option that says Standard - 7 to 21 Business Days.

Products & Sales

I found a lower price elsewhere.  Will you beat it?

Absolutely. Please e-mail us with the product description and where you found it for less. We usually will permanently lower our retail price to match. Sales and other special pricing are matched on a case-by-case basis.

Do you have any discounts?

We offer a 5% off discount to our customers. There is no limit to this discount. The more you buy with TreeStuff.com the more you save.

To get your 5% discount: Simply enter the word ARBORIST into the coupon box when you are checking out.

Exception: Due to corporate pricing policies Arborjet, DMM, ISC, Petzl, Rock Exotica, Silky, Teufelberger, Weaver, and some other products are not eligible for this blanket 5% discount.

Another coupon code we offer is FREESHIP. This code will give you free shipping even if your order is below $100. This code is valid only when shipping to the continental United States (excludes AK and HI). The FREESHIP code is valid on orders placed through the website only. Orders will be sent USPS.
Oversized and heavy restrictions still apply.

I am a homeowner.  Can I purchase supplies from you?

Totally. However, please keep in mind that our climbing products are sold exclusively for use by fully trained professional arborists who are educated and qualified to examine their equipment and determine if it is adequate to perform in its intended environment. Tree climbing equipment is not intended to be used by persons not fully trained in the professional climbing and arborist trades.

Is your website secure?

Do you have a catalog?

No. Our catalog of products can only be found in our online store at TreeStuff.com, and here’s why: We save thousands of dollars each year by putting our products online instead of in a print catalog. We pass these savings on to our customers.

Selling online also allows us to change our store and add new items as often as we want. You don't have to wait for months to find out about new products. Just click on our What's New category.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, prepaid checks, and prepaid money orders.

To pay by check or Money Order: please confirm your order total through us by calling or emailing and we'll handle the rest.

Can I visit your building?

No. Our website is killer, but our warehouse isn’t much to look at. Warehousing optimizations like location randomizing make it very difficult to browse our stock. We look forward to meeting you in person at events like Jambo, Arborfest Expo, or the TCIA show.
