This static line has a Thermo Shield treatment for extra soft handling, and they've twined and shrunk the polyester used in the sheath construction for maximum abrasion resistance and minimal shrinkage. Don't let the nice handling fool you though - the special kernmantle core braiding gives the rope the perfect pressure stability needed for use with mechanical devices.
