Description
Vortex Cool tree climbing rope from Samson offers everything that Velocity delivers, but it is a full 1/2" (12.7mm) in diameter. The slightly larger diameter is easier to grip and it has the same great feeling of being broken in right out of the bag. Vortex has high strength, is light weight, has excellent knot holding capability, works well with hardware and is great for footlocking. Available with a tight eye splice. Due to rope milking issues, Samson does not recommend having two splices put on this rope.
