The Am'D Petzl locking carabiner has purposefully sloped edges to keep from snagging ropes. A standout feature among other locking carabiners: there's a red line under the locking mechanism to show when it is unlocked. The new H-Frame of the Petzl Am'D offers improved strength-to-weight ratio and protects markings from abrasion.
